The SC-3 NIBP function has the following modes:
Manometer 0-480mmHg, Adult 120/80 mmHg, Neonatal 70/40 mmHg, and Hypertensive 190/120 mmHg.

A single button toggles through each of the modes.
The Peak Detect Overpressure mode measures the peak pressure produced by the patient monitor.
The readout latches the highest pressure value sensed, in 0.5mmHg steps.
